Erik Rekola

Erik Rekola is the founder of turva.dev, a sole proprietorship based in Tampere, Finland that provides agent-readiness audits and advisory, and the wider work that follows once AI agents begin to act on a product. Erik works with teams that want their websites, APIs and data to be legible and usable by AI agents and other automated clients. Agent-readiness is the measurable starting point. The audits focus on the discovery and protocol surface that agents actually read, such as llms.txt, agents.json, MCP server cards, structured data, response headers, and authentication and payment endpoints. Readiness is measured with two independent scanners, before and after, so the result is a number rather than a claim. The wider work begins where readability ends. Once an agent can read a product, the data it acts on has to arrive intact and the decisions it is allowed to make have to sit inside a boundary the owner sets. That applies anywhere data moves and a decision follows, from completing a checkout to acting on an API threshold to making a time-critical call locally when no human can respond in time. Erik's background is eleven years of engineering at UPM, Franke, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and ASM International, in environments where a process error is expensive and measurement is the only honest answer. turva.dev is his public reference build, ranked #1 of all publicly-scanned sites on the StartupHub agent-readiness leaderboard at 100/100, with the Cloudflare Worker behind it open source.
