Last-touch attribution. Your link sets a 60-day cookie; the referred user gets credited to you on every paid purchase they make under that account, recurring or one-shot.
When do I get paid?
Once your pending balance crosses $50, Stripe Connect transfers the full balance to your connected bank account on the 1st of the following month. Below $50 the balance rolls over.
What if a referral cancels or refunds?
Each commission has a 14-day grace window before it becomes payable. If the customer refunds or chargebacks during that window, the commission is reversed before it ever pays out. After payout, refunds simply reduce future commissions from the same customer; we never claw back already-paid amounts.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals (the same auth ID using its own link) are filtered at signup. Don't try clever workarounds; we reconcile against Stripe customer email matches and any flagged accounts forfeit the program.
What's the cookie window?
60 days. Last-touch wins, so if a visitor clicks two different affiliate links inside the window the more recent one gets credit.
Can I run paid ads on StartupHub-branded keywords?
No. Bidding on "StartupHub", "StartupHub.ai", "startuphub", or any close variation in Google Ads, Meta, X, LinkedIn, or any other paid network is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions. Earn the click; don't buy ours.
