Sensel was founded by Ilya Rosenberg and Aaron Zarraga to develop the next generation of touch, force, and haptics technologies for computing. The company has grown to approximately 50 team members, serving thousands of customers and several large-scale enterprise clients by enabling new experiences for touchpads, displays, mobile devices, automotive interfaces, and other human interaction products. Their first product, the Morph, received "Best in Show" at SXSW 2017 and "Best MIDI Controller" at NAMM 2019, shipping to thousands globally. Sensel's technology was first commercially integrated into Lenovo's ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga in January 2021.
